EduTech Learning Platform

A leading educational institution needed to move from classroom-bound teaching to a digital platform that could serve tens of thousands of learners without losing the personal quality of its programmes.

Existing tooling was fragmented across video conferencing, spreadsheets and a legacy LMS. Teachers had no single view of progress, students had no guidance on what to study next, and nothing scaled.

We designed and built a single platform: course authoring, live and recorded sessions, assessments and an AI layer that recommends the next best module for each learner based on performance and pace.

The interface prioritises one question — what should I do now? — for both learners and teachers. Dense data lives in progressive disclosure; the default view stays calm.

A React frontend backed by a Node.js API, a Python service for recommendation and grading workloads, PostgreSQL as system of record and a queue for media processing and notifications.

Delivered in two-week increments over eight months with a shared staging environment, automated end-to-end tests and weekly demos with faculty.
