Orbit Escape · Android

Privacy policy.

This policy explains how Orbit Escape for Android handles information when you play, use optional online services, make purchases or view advertising. Orbit Escape is operated by ATOMIC IT PRO under the developer name Atomic IT Studio. Advertising sections apply to ads-enabled versions; the original ad-free release does not initialize advertising or request advertising consent.

Effective 23 October 2026contact@atomicitstudio.com

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Orbit Escape (com.orbitescape.arcade) is operated by ATOMIC IT PRO, using the developer name Atomic IT Studio, in Tunisia. Contact contact@atomicitstudio.com for support or privacy requests. Our website is https://atomicitstudio.com.

You can play the local game without creating an Atomic IT Studio account. Google’s services and your device platform also handle information under their own policies and account settings.

2. Local progress and age choice

Orbit Escape stores scores, mission and reward progress, coins, diamonds, inventory, selected ships, upgrades and preferences in app-private storage on your device. Local recovery copies help repair interrupted saves. Purchase entitlements and hashed transaction markers help prevent duplicate rewards. A hash does not make information anonymous.

The game does not upload your complete save to a studio game server or provide a cloud wallet. Your operating system may back up app data according to device settings. Clearing storage can permanently remove progress and consumed currency.

A neutral age-range choice is stored locally. We do not request a date of birth or upload this choice to the studio. Only the 18-or-older selection permits advertising and Google Play Games initialization. Younger players and those who prefer not to say retain local play.

3. Advertising

New advertising-enabled builds of Orbit Escape use Unity LevelPlay (ironSource mediation) with Unity Ads as the only advertising network. Earlier advertising-enabled builds use Google AdMob mediation and Unity Ads bidding. Advertising supports optional rewarded videos, interstitials at the menu after five completed runs, and banners in permitted menu and gameplay areas. Rewards are granted only after the rewarded-ad completion callback, with duplicate protection. Purchase and ad-removal behavior follows the in-game description.

Advertising providers may process device and advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, device/app information, diagnostics and performance data for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. The game does not request precise-location permission. Provider SDK processing is separate from local gameplay saves.

New advertising-enabled builds use InMobi Choice as their consent management platform (CMP). Earlier builds use Google UMP. The CMP runs only for eligible adult players before any advertising SDK initialization or ad requests. It retrieves the applicable consent configuration and privacy information and stores the player’s choices using industry-standard TCF, Additional Consent and GPP signals. CMP operation can involve network information such as IP address, app/device information and consent records for displaying the correct form, recording choices and service diagnostics. InMobi Choice is used for consent management only; the game does not add InMobi advertising demand. Where required, consent controls govern personalization and local storage. Unity LevelPlay and the Unity Ads adapter receive supported TCF and Additional Consent signals where applicable; the game also forwards supported US sale/share restrictions. Earlier AdMob builds use Google’s Unity adapter to forward supported consent signals. Unknown US opt-out signals are handled restrictively. Ads may be contextual or unavailable after refusal.

Use the in-game Privacy choices entry when available to revisit the provider form. After reopening that form, this implementation stops further ads for the current process; relaunch the game to apply the latest choice. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing. Ad providers explain their own controls and retention in their policies.

4. Google Play Games and diagnostics

Eligible adult players can use Google Play Games for authentication and the one-life survival leaderboard. The game sends scores from completed survival runs linked to the authenticated player. Google handles gamer identity, profile visibility and service information. The SDK also processes analytics and diagnostics for reliability and product improvement. Leaderboard visibility depends on your Play Games profile settings.

Local play remains available when sign-in is cancelled, unavailable or offline. The game does not request friends lists or use Play Games Saved Games to upload your local progress. Manage or delete Google-held game data through your Play Games profile or Google account controls.

The game does not enable a separate Unity Analytics, Firebase Analytics or developer-operated cloud crash service. Development builds can write local diagnostic messages. Platform and service providers may process their own operational diagnostics; this is separate from the game’s local logs.

5. Purchases and service providers

Optional coin and diamond packs use Google Play checkout through Unity In-App Purchasing. Google handles payment credentials and processing. Orbit Escape does not collect your full payment-card number or banking credentials.

The game checks Google’s signed receipt on your device before granting a completed purchase. It handles the product, package, purchase token, transaction state and quantity, and stores the currency and transaction marker locally before confirming fulfillment. Receipts are not sent to a studio purchase-verification server. Consumed packs are not a cloud inventory and are not automatically restored after clearing local storage or on another device. Google retains purchase records under its own policies.

This release uses Unity IAP 5.0.4. Unity’s documentation for versions before 5.4 states that the purchasing SDK itself does not collect personal data. Google Play’s payment and account processing is separate. We do not use Unity’s direct-to-consumer checkout or webshop.

Recipients of information can include Google for distribution, billing, Games and AdMob advertising; Unity for Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay/ironSource mediation; InMobi for Choice consent management in the new CMP-enabled builds; Spacemail for support email; and the website host for page delivery and security. Provider policies explain processing they control. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer with applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Device access and website visits

The ads-enabled Android update uses internet, network-state, advertising-ID and applicable Ad Services permissions for optional online features and advertising. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise location. Game saves use app-private storage.

Opening this policy, support email or an external link uses another app or website. Visiting the website sends connection information such as IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to the website host. Operational and security logging may apply. Administrative session cookies support website management.

7. Children and young players

Orbit Escape is intended for a mixed audience across all age groups and is not primarily directed to children. Advertising and Google Play Games remain disabled for all age selections below 18 and for an unknown age. Local play remains available.

Parents and guardians can use Google Play purchase and family controls. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact contact@atomicitstudio.com so that we can review and respond to the request.

8. Retention and deletion

Local progress stays in app storage until it is reset, cleared or removed, subject to your device’s backup and restoration settings. Settings → Audio & Privacy → Reset Local Progress clears gameplay progress after confirmation. It preserves purchase entitlements and transaction markers and does not erase Google’s records or all recovery and operational records.

For removal of local app data, use Android Settings → Apps → Orbit Escape → Storage → Clear storage or Clear data. Names vary by device. Manage device backups separately. This can permanently remove currency and progress; it does not cancel Google purchases or delete Google-held data.

We use the purpose of a record, unresolved support or privacy requests, security and dispute needs, and applicable legal duties to determine retention of support correspondence and website operational records. Records no longer needed for those purposes are to be deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion of information we control using the contact below; lawful retention requirements may limit deletion.

Google and other providers apply their own retention rules to records they control. Use the linked provider controls for those records. Deleting local game data does not itself erase a Play Games profile, store purchase history or provider records.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You can use local gameplay without Play Games, manage purchases and profile visibility through Google, reset local progress, and clear app storage through Android. Eligible adult players can use the in-game Privacy choices entry when required. Applicable US choices include opting out of sale or sharing for advertising; EEA/UK/Swiss users receive applicable consent choices.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, receive, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. Exceptions may apply. Email contact@atomicitstudio.com with the subject “Orbit Escape privacy request.” We may request limited information needed to locate records and verify the request; do not send passwords or full payment-card details. There is no separate studio game account.

10. Security and international processing

Local saves use the app’s private storage. Online service connections use the protections provided by Google and the applicable SDKs; the policy page uses HTTPS. Local checksums help detect damaged saves but do not guarantee protection from device modification. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Google and other service providers may process information outside your country. Their policies describe relevant locations and safeguards. Where applicable law requires safeguards for transfers, those requirements apply to the responsible organization. We do not represent local game saves as a cloud backup or promise recovery of consumed currency.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when relevant game features or information practices change and identify the effective date. Material changes may also require notice in the game, updated store disclosures or additional choices. A future advertising or cloud feature will need disclosures appropriate to that feature.
